Your Google Ads account was suspended for Circumventing systems, including cloaking, evasive ad content or verification problems.
The notice reads: “Your account is suspended – Your account violated the Circumventing systems policy.” Google treats this as an egregious violation, so the suspension can arrive without a warning, and Google says accounts “are only reinstated in compelling circumstances, such as in the case of a mistake”.
Genuine businesses often trigger it through their own set-up: bot protection that challenges Google’s crawler, redirects, pop-ups, or verification details that don’t match company records.
This service isn’t for accounts that were set up to get round Google’s review. And we never help anyone open another account while suspended: that is itself a Circumventing systems risk.
Google says: “If you file too many appeals for the same account suspension, we may not process them.” So we check what Google’s crawler sees against what your customers see, look at redirects and tracking, and compare your verification and payments details with your company records. The appeal goes in once the fixes are done.
It usually takes about 5 days from our first call to your appeal being submitted (about 3 if your documents are ready). After that, the timing is Google’s. In your account, Google says: “The review usually takes 1-3 business days, but may take longer.” Its confirmation email says: “Typically you can expect to hear back within 5 business days, though sometimes it can take a little longer.”

“Not reinstated” means Google rejects the last appeal included in your service, or we tell you in writing that another appeal has no realistic chance. There’s no refund if, for example, you submit your own appeals or open new Google Ads accounts during the case, or hold back information we asked for. This guy is the real deal. Google bots suspended my ads account with no warning through some silly automated system. All my company advertising was on stopped and I panicked.
