Each service has a fixed price, paid up front: Suspicious Payment Activity £300, Advertiser Verification £300, Business Operations Verification £400, Circumventing Systems £450, Unacceptable Business Practices £500, and Merchant Center Misrepresentation £800. Prices are in GBP and no VAT is added, because Ad Restore Ltd is not VAT registered.
You pay by card at checkout, or by a secure payment link after your free consultation. That works the same for every service, including Merchant Center Misrepresentation. Every service includes 14 days of post-reinstatement support. Two optional add-ons cost £149 each: verification help and an extra appeal.
Realistically anywhere from under a week to just under three weeks. The fastest we have had was inside twenty-four hours. Google takes one to five business days to confirm the account link, then one to five days to answer each appeal.
The spread is because a single appeal winning outright is uncommon; two is normal and three is rare. Suspicious Payment Activity is the quickest to resolve, while Circumventing Systems and Unacceptable Business Practices can run long.
Yes, on conditions we set out before you pay. If we review your case and can’t take it on, you get a full refund. If your account isn’t reinstated after up to 3 appeals, you get a 50% refund. For the verification services the 50% refund applies if you aren’t verified after up to 2 submissions (Google limits failed verification attempts), and for Merchant Center after up to 2 review requests.
Some things cancel the refund, for example creating new accounts or submitting your own appeals during the case, or holding back information we asked for. Reinstatement is Google’s decision and nobody can promise it, which is why the refund exists. Ad Restore Ltd is independent of Google and not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
No. We never hold your sign-in details. The only account identifier we need is your Google Ads customer ID, which we use to send a manager account link request from our own manager account.
Google then contacts you directly to confirm the request, and the link exists only once you accept it. You keep ownership throughout and can unlink at any time. Google’s own security guidance for advertisers says not to share logins.
Narrower than most people expect: proof of who you are, proof that the business exists, and proof that you control what you advertise.
In practice that means government-issued photo identification for an authorised representative, business registration records, evidence tying the company to its trading address, and domain ownership. Every detail must match the account, and Google rules out screenshots and photocopies.
Yes. A small number genuinely cannot be fixed, and you deserve to hear which before you pay anyone anything. A suspension is effectively unrecoverable when the facts of the account cannot be made to correlate.
That includes no longer controlling a domain still sitting in the account, advertising another company’s products with no contractual agreement, or documentation that cannot come from the person who owns the account. We do not work in gambling, or in pornography and sexual content. If your case carries a fatal flaw, we name it at the free consultation rather than bill you to discover it.

This guy is the real deal. Google bots suspended my ads account with no warning through some silly automated system. All my company advertising was on stopped and I panicked.
