14 days of post-reinstatement support is included in every Ad Restore Ltd service, with nothing extra to pay. After reinstatement we stay linked for 14 days and deal with any new disapprovals or policy flags straight away. The 14 days start on the day Google’s reinstatement email arrives, or, for our verification services, once your account is running again. Throughout the window the account stays linked to Ad Restore Ltd’s manager account, so Google’s notices — a fresh suspension, a disapproved ad, a billing flag — come to us directly and we act on them. On Day 1 you receive stability guidance: no large budget increases, no new geographic targeting, no sweeping campaign or ad changes. On Day 3 we audit the account for disapproved ads and flagged keywords. On Day 7 we watch for new disapprovals, policy flags and limited serving. On Day 14 the window closes and we email you, and on Day 15 the account is unlinked unless you ask us to stay on. The support covers what happens inside Google Ads and nothing outside it. Ignoring the Day 1 parameters, or not supplying documentation Google asks for, ends it.

What post-reinstatement support is

Post-reinstatement support is a fixed 14-day period during which your Google Ads account stays linked to Ad Restore Ltd’s manager account, so that Google’s notices about the account come to us and every suspension, disapproved ad or billing flag inside Google Ads is handled by us rather than by you.

It’s included in the price of every service, so there’s nothing to add at checkout and nothing extra to pay. Every price is on our prices and refunds page.

The 14 days run from the day Google’s reinstatement email arrives, not from the day you pay. If your account isn’t reinstated, the refund terms for your service apply. The details are in our refund policy.

The 14 days, step by step

  1. Day 1. Stability guidance. We contact you, by short phone call or by email, and set the parameters your account should stay inside: the budget level to hold, the geographic targeting to leave alone, and the campaign and ad changes to avoid. Those parameters are set for your specific account, and the support is voided by acting outside them rather than by our later judgement. Nothing else on this page matters as much as this instruction.
  2. Day 3. Account audit. We audit the account for any disapproved ads that still remain and any keywords that may have been flagged within the initial appeal, and we make sure those have been changed and adjusted. We check that the metrics are working as they should, that impressions are picking up, and whether there are any limiting factors inside the account. Where we find something, we specify what needs to change and you make the change.
  3. Day 7. Active monitoring. We watch for disapprovals, new policy flags and limited serving, and we report what we can see from our side. Anything Google raises about the account in this period comes to us through the manager account link and is dealt with by us.
  4. Day 14. Conclusion. The window closes. We email you to thank you, to ask whether you were happy with how it went, and to set out any PPC recommendations we have for the account. The same email asks whether you want us to stay on, and if you do not, we ask for an honest review.

On Day 15 the account is unlinked from our manager account, unless you have asked us to stay on.

Why the window exists

The window exists because Google’s published enforcement escalates with repeat violations. Google’s page About enforcement procedures for repeat violations sets out the ladder: “You will be able to receive a maximum of 3 strikes, and the penalties applied with each strike will progressively increase.” Our read is that reinstatement does not reset that history, which is why the first 14 days are spent giving the system nothing new to look at.

On What happens if you violate our policies, Google states how far a suspension reaches: “If we suspend your account, all ads in the suspended account will stop running, and we will no longer accept advertising from you, unless successfully appealed.” And: “Any related accounts (for example, accounts using the same payment method) will also be suspended, and any new accounts you create will be automatically suspended.”

Not every suspension comes with notice. The same page states: “If we detect an egregious violation, your account will be suspended immediately without prior warning.”

That is the environment a newly reinstated account is operating in. In our experience, a large budget jump, a new country added to targeting, or a batch of rewritten ads in the first week is what draws a fresh look at an account that has just been through enforcement. Google publishes no rule to that effect; it is our operational read, and it is the reason the Day 1 parameters exist.

What is covered and what is not

Anything inside Google Ads is in scope: suspensions, disapproved ads, billing flags and limited serving. We deal with Google’s appeal and support channels on your behalf, and we handle these in-house. Where Google caps what can be done, we tell you rather than filing again. Fix a disapproved ad or appeal a policy decision sets an explicit limit at ad level: “Each ad is limited to 3 appeals. If you appeal an ad unsuccessfully 3 times, you won’t be able to file an appeal for that ad again until you reach out to customer support.” Where a decision cannot usefully be appealed again, we say so instead of repeating a filing that cannot succeed. Anything outside the Google Ads ecosystem is outside this support entirely.

Area In scope What that means
Account suspensions, any type Yes We file the appeal on your behalf through Google’s appeal channels.
Disapproved ads Yes All of them, within the appeal limits Google itself sets.
Billing flags Yes We take them up for you, in our experience through Google’s support channels.
Limited serving and new policy flags Yes We monitor and tell you what we can see.
Google Business Profile No Outside Google Ads.
Google Merchant Center No Outside Google Ads.
Gmail and general Google account issues No Outside Google Ads.
Landing page changes No You make them, to our specification. We never edit your site.

This page describes support for a reinstated Google Ads account. Our Merchant Center Misrepresentation and verification services include 14 days of support too, for the account the service covered.

What voids the support

The support is voided by acting outside the parameters we set with you on Day 1, not by our later judgement. The 14 days do not apply to people who do not follow the advice. That is not a technicality. In our experience the account is being assessed largely by an automated system that has just penalised it, and the 14 days are spent giving that system nothing new to look at.

What we will not do, in the window or outside it

Reinstatement is Google’s decision

Nothing here is a promise that Google will reinstate an account, or that a reinstated account will stay reinstated. The 14 days of support do not change that. We tend to get either the first or the second appeal sorted. We aim for the first, but if not, the second. It is rarely, if ever, the third appeal, and if it reaches that point we would explore other options with you rather than keep filing indefinitely.

After Day 14

If you want us to stay on after Day 14, ongoing Google Ads management is quoted separately. Otherwise the window concludes with the Day 14 email and the account is unlinked on Day 15.

The manager account link is yours to end whenever you choose. Google’s documentation on manager accounts is explicit that “users with administrative access to those accounts can terminate the relationship with the manager account at any time by unlinking their account from the manager account.” You do not need our agreement to do it.
