Your Google Ads account was suspended for Unacceptable business practices. It suits business owners who can show what went wrong and what has changed.
The notice reads: “Your account is suspended – Your account violated the Unacceptable business practices policy.” Google’s panel lists “Phishing”, “Public figure impersonation” and “Other unacceptable business practices”. Google says accounts “are only reinstated in compelling circumstances, such as in the case of a mistake”.
We can’t help accounts that are genuinely in violation, or cases with a fatal flaw: presenting another company’s business as your own, advertising another company’s products with no agreement, no longer controlling a domain in the account, or documents that can’t come from the account owner. We also don’t take gambling or sexual content cases.
If Google asks for business operations verification first, verification help is an add-on at £149.
It usually takes about 5 days from our first call to your appeal being submitted (about 3 if your documents are ready). After that, the timing is Google’s. In your account, Google says: “The review usually takes 1-3 business days, but may take longer.” Its confirmation email says: “Typically you can expect to hear back within 5 business days, though sometimes it can take a little longer.”

“Not reinstated” means Google rejects the last appeal included in your service, or we tell you in writing that another appeal has no realistic chance. There’s no refund if, for example, you submit your own appeals or open new Google Ads accounts during the case, hold back information we asked for, or the facts turn out to be materially different from what you told us. This guy is the real deal. Google bots suspended my ads account with no warning through some silly automated system. All my company advertising was on stopped and I panicked.
